十全大补汤 Ten Herbs Soups

虽说八珍汤的功效就已经很全面，能起到很好补气血的作用，但是这样还不够，在八珍汤的基础上，十全大补汤再加上黄芪、肉桂两个药，这两个加得很精准，能够更好的促进八珍汤药效发挥；

比如黄芪，其功效不亚于人参，补气的作用非常突出，而且其提升中气补气养血的作用，非人参可替代，比如黄芪配当归的组合就是经典的补气血的组合；

肉桂是一个经典的温中散寒、温经通脉的药物，加入肉桂的目的主要是取其温热的性质，能够鼓动气血的生成。

所以说十全大补汤是一个治疗气血两虚的好方子，对于气血不足、脾虚、肺虚、肾虚、阳虚之类的病症，适当的加减都能够取得不错的疗效，但如果症状严重了，还是要找医生就诊为妥。
