滋阴补肾，提神补气

Yin nourishing，tonify kidneys and fresh up.

配料：孢子虫草花，北芪，党参，山药，茯苓，玉竹，枸杞，元肉。

做法 : 1.5公升水再被以300克肉类煮约2~3 小时便行。
Pour all the soup ingredients into pot. Add about 1.5L water, and meats bring to boil. Simmer for 2~3 hours.
