鸡骨草降火汤 (Cooling Herbs Soup)

降火舒筋,清肝明目。

Cooling body and refresh liver and eyes.

配料:鸡骨草,毛桃根,玉竹,枸杞,沙参。

做法 : 1.5公升水再被以300克肉类煮约2~3 小时便行。
Pour all the soup ingredients into pot. Add about 1.5L water, and meats bring to boil. Simmer for 2~3 hours.
