做法 :
将约2.5公升的水加入锅中待水温沸腾。
加入洗净后的药材汤料或肉类。
以中小火方式煮约1小时30分钟后加入适量盐调味即可。
1. Pour in 2.5 litres of water and wait for boiling. 2. Add washed herbs or meat into pot. 3. Set at low mode to cook for 1 hour 30 minutes later and add suitable amount of salt.
